After a period of upheaval in my life I am trying to find my way back to the paths I wanted to walk. Health, minimalism, creativity. My physical health plan requires moderate diet and exercise; mental health will mean getting in touch with my inner selves and overcoming the limitations of my fears. I have more stuff I should get rid of, because I don’t use it and it’s taking up space. And I really want to explore the novel I started in NaNoWriMo, get back into playing my guitars, and cookery. There are many overlaps in these areas (minimalism / mental health, cookery / diet) so I hope these all form a cohesive lifestyle that works for me.

But most of all, I want these to be a full continuation of my life’s path, not just a new year’s resolution.
