I swear, winter makes my body want to hibernate. I want to sleep all the time, and when I’m awake I want to eat non-stop.<\/p>\n

I don’t want to sleep through winter, it’s actually my favourite time of the year. Less hayfever, easier to control bedroom temperature for good sleep, and nobody makes you feel guilty for wanting to stay inside all the time.<\/p>\n

But biologically, I do wonder whether it would be better if we worked less and slept more in the winter. Our ancestors probably did.<\/p>\n

Oh well, caffeine it is, then.<\/p>\n
