Scrambled Eggs Recipe
My breakfast of choice. I have mine with a black Aeropress coffee, which fills me up nicely.
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 tbsp / 15ml ghee
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of ground black pepper
Method
- Break all the eggs into a non-stick frying pan or skillet, break the yolks with a wooden spoon and stir.
- Add the ghee, and season the pan with salt and pepper.
- Bring pan onto a medium-high heat. Stir the eggs constantly, scraping egg away from the bottom and sides as it cooks.
- Reduce heat to low once the eggs are more solid than liquid. Keep stirring and mixing until the eggs pile up easily in the pan, but before they are too dry.
- Serve with black coffee.
